Day 1:
What better way to start your vacation than in New Brunswick’s resort town of St. Andrews-by-the-Sea? Golfers will be treated to captivating views and championship golf at the historic Fairmont Algonquin Golf Course. Golfers will be treated like royalty from the moment they pull up to the course with a Fairmont level of service second to none.
Once you’ve settled into your accommodations, be sure to take a stroll down to St. Andrews historic Water Street for
seaside cafes, fine dining and unique shops. Visitors may also choose to take in a whale-watching and nature-viewing excursion or simply go for a relaxing kayak ride down the Passamoquoddy Bay.
Day 2:
The second day of your trip starts with a magnificent round of golf at Kingswood in Fredericton. Recently voted Top 100 Courses Outside the United States (Golf Digest, 2005) and Best New Course in Canada (Golf Digest, 2003), Kingswood offers a 30-foot waterfall on the signature 14th hole, rock croppings, pot bunkers and immaculate, undulating greens. This Graham Cooke / Darrell Huxham masterpiece provides every golfer with dramatic visual stimulation and endless challenges. After your round, enjoy New Brunswick's charming capital. See the Changing of the Guard or an outdoor movie in the Historic Garrison District, visit boutiques and fine restaurants. Take a sunset cruise on the majestic St. John River.
Day 3:
Kick your day off with an exhilarating round of golf at Royal Oaks in Moncton. This links style Rees Jones work of art offers an enthralling challenge to the golfer. Royal Oaks’ unique combination of spectacular lakes surrounded by rolling dunes has garnered national accolades, including ranking in Score Golf’s Top 100 Canadian Courses List (2004). With golf finished for the day, spend your afternoon in Shediac soaking up the rays at the Parlee Beach followed by a luxurious seafood feast in downtown Shediac.
Day 4:
Wrap up your New Brunswick signature tour playing the province’s newest course – Fox Creek in Dieppe. Carved out of New Brunswick’s trademark forests, Graham Cooke has successfully combined the best of many worlds into one gem of a golf course. Challenging greens, link-style fairways, pristine lakes and impressive tree-lines all come together seamlessly, to the delight and enjoyment of all golfers. Spend your afternoon shopping at the Maritimes largest shopping centre in Dieppe or outside at one of Moncton’s many attractions. Wind down afterwards at the lively dinner theatre in downtown Moncton or at the micro-brewery near City Hall.
